E.g. if video is your thing, we can create a video marketing plan and outline video scripts for you to record; once the videos are recorded, we can then use them for articles/blog posts, emails, audio, and social media.
Or if podcasting is what you do, we can create shownotes, an email, promo copy for your guests, and dozens of social media posts for each episode.
In most cases, however, we start by writing an article (blog post).
At the beginning of each quarter, we sit together to identify topics for the quarter. This can be based on research, on questions your customers ask, on existing content (e.g. your book or online training), etc.
Once we start drafting the content, we often ask you for input or personal insights. You can send this by voice message, video, or in writing.
Depending on your preferences and budget, you can review the content and add your own touch to it before we copy-edit and finalise it;
Once the piece has been approved, we can make sure it gets where it needs to be (e.g. optimising and scheduling on your website).

Yes, we use specialised software strategically to enhance our work.
Using AI responsibly helps us brainstorm ideas and work more efficiently, allowing us to create high-quality content faster. Our core belief however remains that good marketing is about connecting with your audience at a personal level, and AI can’t (yet) replace humans for that.
We may use AI e.g. for quick research, outlines, and title ideas. We don’t use sensitive data in our input, e.g. we change names and details in our input. We always fact-check and review any information we got through our tools.

While we can create individual content pretty fast, we’re big fans of batching.
We save a lot of time when we can e.g. block a full day to start a few drafts, do all the keyword research in one go, create/find all the graphics in one session, etc.
That’s why we prefer to work with monthly/quarterly plans; these however still allow for short-term flexibility.

Yes, you can! We love to work with clients on creating the content plan, then consulting with them (e.g. through a monthly call, or regular feedback) while they create their own content.

Before we start, we always need a strategy: knowing where we’re going, what we’ll be doing, and how we’ll be doing it, is essential. This part usually either takes 15-30 days (and 3 video calls) - or we can meet in real life for two half-days.
If you have worked with us on messaging, website, and/or sales funnels before, we may not need as much time - please reach out to discuss!

Our core activity is writing - we’ll get things organised, write outlines and scripts, and manage the content.
We can refer you to some great video creators, podcasting experts, and we do work with different graphic designers to produce all the content you need.

We prefer to work with companies who have a small team or marketing person to manage social media; alternatively, we can refer you to trusted experts who can put our content out there.

We always apply what we call “common sense” SEO - making sure your content checks all the boxes for search engines.
