  • As soon as you make the payment (on the next page), you get access to a form. Complete the form and add a link to the asset you’d like me to review.

    You can share a URL (e.g. to a website, staging site, or a Google Doc with your draft copy) or upload a screenshot.

  • Depending on the asset you provide me with and the depth of the feedback required, I could send you

    • Comments in the margins of a Google Doc, Dropbox, or MarkUp document

    • A mockup of the page, showing you how to structure the information

    • A checklist of recommended actions

    Let me know in the form if you have a clear preference!

    I usually add an audio or video recording with more details.

    Not only does that help you make an informed choice about whether or not you should apply the recommended changes, but I also share insights and tips that you can use for the next page you create.

  • Unless you make a special request, my comments will be aimed at improving readability, flow, and conversion.

    This means I will help you make sure your page contains all the necessary information, using the right words in the right place.

    I may recommend to shuffle some content around, add or remove content, reword certain parts, and point out potential issues in flow and functionality.

  • I review assets once a day (on weekdays/working days), usually in the morning.

  • If anything in the feedback isn’t clear, please get back to me within 48 hours (on weekdays) and I’ll be happy to clarify or expand on the matter.
